Cheyoyo offers its customers an ’Easy return policy’, wherein you can raise a return/exchange request of a product within 10 days of its delivery. We also accept partial returns wherein you can raise a return request for one or all products in you order.
It is important to note that a single return request cannot be used for multiple orders, and all orders that require a return must be shipped separately with several return requests. They cannot be shipped together in the same box.

All exchanges are final. Any item in an order that is exchanged cannot be returned or exchanged again.
Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
▶Product is used or altered
▶Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse
▶Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged
▶If request is initiated after 10 business days of order delivery

Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning any goods to us in accordance. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We are responsible for costs of shipping any replacement goods to you where applicable.
Insurance
Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when sending your return. We cannot be responsible for any loss of goods in transit.
Refund Restrictions
Upon receiving and inspecting the goods, your refund will be issued via the original payment method. Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.Any delivery costs related to the original order will not be refunded unless the item is damaged or imperfect. Where the delivery of an order is refused by the customer, we may deduct from the refund both the original delivery cost plus the cost of returning the goods to us.

Damages
We will do our best to replace any faulty item free of charge. Please contact us explaining the issue with your item and we will promptly reply. We may require you to return the faulty item(s) or send us other evidence of the issue. You will be reimbursed for any return postage. Please do not return faulty items to us without contacting us first.
Cancel Order
You have the right to cancel your order before delivery for any reason.
If you find any errors or omissions after confirming your order, please notify us immediately by Email ([email protected]). Please provide your order number for easy verification. If you have not received a reply from us within 24 hours after sending your email, please call us during subsequent office hours.
Once the goods have been shipped, the order cannot be canceled. In this case, and you really need to cancel the order, please notify us immediately and we will treat it as a return. The payment will be refunded after deducting relevant shipping costs.
